SONOMA, CA, APR. 15, 2014
Motorcycle riders can enjoy a high-speed day on the twists and turns of Sonoma Raceway or a scenic ride through wine country, all in the name of charity, on April 30 and May 3.
The 3J’s Motorcycle Days’ 20th charity event in Sonoma will take over the raceway on Wednesday, April 30, and will include a full track day of riding around the 12-turn road course, a catered lunch, a T-shirt, a 20th-anniversary commemorative item, and an evening reception for all riders. It’s truly the perfect day for any two-wheel enthusiast. The cost is $275 and all riding levels are welcome.
Participants can also purchase raffle tickets to win incredible prizes, including a future 3J’s Motorcycle Day, a one-night stay at the luxurious MacArthur Place, a champagne-tasting experience at Korbel Winery, or dinner at the Melting Pot restaurant.
3J’s Motorcycle Days events have raised more than $275,000 for worthy causes since 2003. For more information, please visit www.3jsmotorcycledays.com.
Riders can also enjoy a scenic group ride departing from Sonoma Raceway on Saturday, May 3, with the RKA/ Sonoma Raceway Wine Country Charity Ride. The ride, organized by RKA Motorcycle Luggage, will include a cruise through Sonoma and Marin counties and a stop for lunch at Rancho Nicasio before concluding back at the raceway. Lunch is $25 plus gratuity. The ride is free to join, but a donation to Speedway Children’s Charities is suggested upon arrival.
The RKA/ Sonoma Raceway Wine Country Charity Ride will also feature a charity drawing for motorcycle gear, including an RKA Luggage gift certificate, an Adaptiv riding jacket, a SENA Bluetooth headset, and a J&M Bluetooth headset.
