This past weekend, the 30th annual Dubya World Vet Motocross Championships took place at Glen Helen Raceway. As part of the event, Chuck “Feets” Minert received the Edison Dye Motocross Lifetime Achievement Award. Congratulations, Feets – you are very deserving of this accolade.

If you haven’t attended a motocross event at this facility, you should. It is well laid out, with a tough track that can be viewed from sturdy grandstands. The sound system is clear, and this facility has flush toilets. There is even a coin-operated bike washer!

All in all, this event was well run and very enjoyable. Sign up and race or just spectate.
