The 2015 GEICO AMA EnduroCross schedule has been updated to confirm that the X Games Enduro X competition will be included in the championship series for both the Men’s Expert and Women’s classes. The final 2015 schedule also indicates a date change for the Sacramento round and the elimination of the Phoenix and Atlanta events from the series.

It is hard to find more exciting racing than EnduroCross. The X Games in Austin, Texas, will again showcase the exciting sport and be a part of the nine-race championship in 2015.

It is hard to find more exciting racing than EnduroCross. The X Games in Austin, Texas, will again showcase the exciting sport and be a part of the nine-race championship in 2015.

“We are excited to confirm that the X Games will again be part of the 2015 GEICO EnduroCross championship,” said Eric Peronnard, the motorcycle sports organizer for the X Games. “This will be our fifth year to include EnduroCross in X Games and the second year to visit Austin, which was a huge success last year.”

More information will be coming soon regarding the qualification process for the X Games event.

“We had some scheduling issues come up with a few of the buildings and we were able to move the Sacramento event but unfortunately had to drop the Phoenix and Atlanta events from the 2015 series,” said Mike Karsting, VP of events for TEN, the producers of EnduroCross. “In all, 2015 is going to be a great year for EnduroCross, with nine rounds, including the X Games, and a great TV package with CBS Sports Network to showcase the talented riders and extreme tracks of EnduroCross.”

The GEICO AMA EnduroCross Championship will make its first-ever visit to Daytona, Florida, to kick off the 2015 series. The event will take place on Friday, March 6, inside the Ocean Center, located just a few miles down the road from the famed Daytona International Speedway, which will host the Monster Energy Supercross Series the following night.

If you have never been to an EnduroCross, get to an event in 2015! You will be blown away by the exciting show and the amazing skills on display. And if you want to see how your skills match up to the EnduroCross track, there are classes for riders in the Open Amateur, Vet Over 35, Women’s and TrialsCross classes that anyone can enter!
