Del Kuhn was a motorcycle desert racer in the 1940s and ’50s. Now almost 90 years old, Del has many photos, stories and saved memorabilia of the Greenhorn enduros, Big Bear Runs, Catalina, Cactus Derby and other races. He has agreed to share them on his new website

Most of the items have been stored for more than 50 years. Del and his wife, Vicky, have created this website so that others can read about not only his racing days but the early motorcycle clubs, trophies, maps and event pins, as well as his personal recollections and comments about other well-known and unsung racers of that time, and much more.

This website will be an on-going project, since there is so much to share about these “Grandfathers of Motocross.” Hope you check it out. The website is called…
