AMA Pro Flat Track Series Round 6: Magic Mile at the DuQuoin Fairgrounds

Jared Mees said that this was one of the best races he has ever been in.
It was a four-man battle among Brad Baker, Mees, Kenny Coolbeth Jr. and Bryan Smith. Then it came down to the podium finishers at the flag for a photo finish, with Smith winning by less than a hundredth of a second over Coolbeth and Mees. Baker suffered a mechanical problem and finished in the 12th position.

After a nine-year hiatus, AMA Pro Flat Track returns to the Magic Mile at the DuQuoin Fairgrounds.

Nicole finished the heat race in third, with Baker taking the win, ahead of Smith. Nicole would finish eighth in the main event. This is her last year of racing.
