With less than two weeks to go, we are very excited about the response thus far from female riders from around the globe in anticipation of the 31st annual Dubya World Vet MX Championships, which are coming up at Glen Helen Raceway on November 7 and 8, 2015.

What’s different this year from years past? After attending the world-famous Mammoth Mountain Motocross event earlier this year and seeing all the women racers competing there, the founder of the World Vet MX Championships, Tom White, wanted to get more women out to his event by offering more women’s classes.

This year, the Dubya Women’s World Vet MX Championships was created, offering four separate age classes and an exclusive Over 30 Vet Women’s Pro class. So there’s no excuses, ladies – you have Over 25, Over 30, Over 40 and Over 50 classes to choose from and two to four days of fabulous practice, camping, bench-racing, actual racing, and just plain having fun to accomplish here….

To register now, please go to http://www.glenhelen.com/register/.

The organizers of the event this year are also providing two days of practice, starting on Thursday, with Glen Helen’s normal full practice sessions on the main track. On Friday, a special “Vets Only” practice will take place from 8 a.m. to noon for those who are already signed up. Those who have not signed up online can also do so on Friday, from noon to 6 p.m. at the sign-up tower on the main track.
