FORT COLLINS, CO, JULY 5, 2016

Well, we have officially created a monster!

This past weekend, we wrapped up our first-ever GP Camp, and according to those who attended, it was a hit! In a first-of-its-kind camp, we blended both American Supercamp and RoadRace Factory resources to instruct our devoted campers in both disciplines.

Day one consisted of our famous American Supercamp drills aboard our TTRs at the RaceHouse TT Track. Day two was a follow-up but on our custom-built WR250 Supermotos for a day of tearing through the asphalt. We kind of thought we’d be on to something fun and exciting, but we didn’t expect it to be our most talked-about camp. We are overwhelmed with positive feedback and requests for more.

If you missed the first camp, have no fear! We still have a few spots open for our next GP Camp at the end of July. As always, we will have a cadre of guest instructors and maybe even a few National Champions to help guide you through the paces.

GP Camp Details
This camp will be limited to 10 students, and it will be a two-day program for students who have previously attended an American Supercamp.

The first day of the camp will be spent at the RaceHouse, and there will be an aggressive Supercamp curriculum: “All Dirt.” The only thing students will need for this is socks and underwear.

The second day will be spent at the IMi Motorsports facility with the RoadRace Factory on our Yamaha WR250s. Get ready to road-race on these incredible machines!

For the road-race aspect, students will need to supply their own leathers.

Other items such as water, lunch, snacks and bikes will be provided on both days.

The dates are July 24 and 25: one day at the RaceHouse Supercamp, the next day at IMI RoadRace Factory.

The cost of the GP Camp is $1,000.

About the American Supercamp
American Supercamp is a riding-skills-and-balance-improvement course for all motorcycle riders that uses aggressive and innovative riding drills composed by the best riders in motorcycling (Carr, Josh Hayes, Jake Gagne, and more). The camp is designed to force students to think critically about their actions and the effects of those actions on the handling of the motorcycle. The camp focuses on improving your techniques of cornering for safety and speed, improving your abilities going into a corner, getting out of a corner and, if need be, past the competition.
