Valentino Rossi
Valentino Rossi ended up with a double fracture in his right leg after a dirt-bike mishap while he was training. The accident took place on August 31. The 38-year-old Rossi is currently fourth in the MotoGP championship standings. We hope he is up and racing again soon.

Monty Darling
Monty Darling has been out of commission since he took a fall a few months ago. He is now home from the hospital and using a walker. He really appreciates all the cards he has received, but he hasn’t been able to negotiate the stairs to reach his computer. If you want to drop him another card, his address is 4451 N. Huntercrest in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho 83815-9673. His cell phone number is 208/659 7707, and his home number is 208/765-3820.

Glenn Pierce
Glen Pierce has had a bad month. They removed a small cancer from his ear, and he had a small stroke on his left side. However, he is on the mend: He is in therapy and using a walker, and the prognosis is good. Hope you are up and running on all cylinders soon, Glenn.
